  • You are mostly okay with your life, but realize your dating and relationship skills may need improvement.

  • You are willing to approach every day with no ego and a continuous desire to improve yourself. 
  • You want “over the shoulder” guidance to get your ex-girlfriend back or to get someone better. 

What we’ll do together:

  1. You and I will develop a customized Freedom Plan which gives you step-by-step guidance on how to move on from your ex and maintain an optimum state of function on a day-to-day basis. The Freedom Plan is critical for getting off the emotional rollercoaster, where your emotions are constantly up and down, and it’s impossible to focus. A properly structured Freedom Plan will:
    1. Completely separate emotionally, physically, and spiritually from your ex-girlfriend to maximize your chances of getting her back, or getting over her completely. 
    2. Provide step-by-step guidance and coping strategies to deal with the anger, sadness, loneliness, jealousy, etc that you feel. 
    3. Reframe the situation you are in as something incredibly positive. 
    4. Dictate when (and if) you should reach out to her
    5. Reduce some of the worst physical symptoms including the lack of sleep, inability to eat, racing thoughts, etc. 
    6. Give you the best possible chance to get back together with your ex (if we determine it’s possible) 
  2. You and I will work together to fill out my Relationship Scorecard which will: 
    1. Evaluate how well your previous relationship was a fit for the type of man that you WANT to be. 
    2. Evaluate how well your ex-girlfriend was a fit for the type of man you want to be. 
    3. Assess the key themes in your relationship that led to the breakup so you understand why it happened / how your ex may have felt. 
    4. Determine if the relationship can be saved, as well as assess the chances of her coming back. 
  3. You and I will then complete a Relationship Skills assessment where I will help you assess (among other things):
    1. Your outcome independence and confidence;
    2. Your dating and relationship strengths;
    3. Your dating and relationship weaknesses; 
  4. Finally, we’ll complete my Ideal Woman exercise – so we know exactly what type of woman you are looking for, and where to find her. 
  5. I’ll work together with you to help you identify the correct dating and relationship model you should be using based on your unique personality, wants, and needs. 
  6. Once we’ve got you through the worst of your breakup, we’ll use your Relationship Scorecard, Relationship Skills Assessment, and Ideal Woman exercise to put together a blueprint to get you back into the dating market. 
  7. We will continue to work together to refine your dating and relationship skills until you can bring women into your life at will, and you meet (and enter into a relationship with) the woman you described in your Ideal Woman exercise, or until you get your ex-girlfriend back. 

How it works: 

  • The first week will be focused on creating & implementing your Freedom Plan. During this time we will have 2 one-hour meetings via Skype or the phone. 
  • Afterwards, we will meet weekly for the final 5 weeks, where we will be focused on steps 2-7.
  • You have unlimited text message access to me Monday-Friday.
  • As long as you are in the program, you will get all my upcoming dating & relationship books for free.

Once you have made your payment, you will receive an email from me to schedule your introductory call. Please note that I am almost always booked out at least two weeks in advance.

The introductory call will take approximately 20-30 minutes, during which time you will work with me to determine our goals, and to agree on what results you are looking to get / any initial hangups that you have.
